  • Champion safety and inclusion by implementing Allsorts’ policies and procedures and ensuring all activities are safe, legal and welcoming.
  • Listen to, and act on member feedback to help shape activities that meet families’ needs and expectations.
  • Work collaboratively within the team to foster a warm, supportive and inclusive environment for all members.
  • Support and guide volunteers to ensure sessions run safely and smoothly.
  • Contribute to monitoring and evaluation, recording feedback and outcomes to help improve future activities.
  • Use positive behaviour support strategies where training and guidance have been provided.
  • Take responsibility for practical duties, including secure locking up of venues after sessions and completion of registers.
  • Carry out other reasonable tasks as required, working closely with the Co-Head of Services – Transitions & YuGo.
