We are looking for a qualified and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our established, award winning and growing team.
Responsibilities:
• Working closely with Property Sales Consultants within the business and deal with referrals in a timely manner.
• Deal directly with bank representatives
• Pipeline Management and reporting
• Achieve monthly targets
• New business generation
• Maintain Client relationships and portfolios
• Keep clients up to date with the status of their mortgage application
Qualifications:
• CeMAP qualified is preferred
• Previous experience within a Mortgage Consultancy role
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Articulate, numerate and confident
• Smart business dress is required at all times
• Our team are expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standards
• You should be punctual and contribute to the development of the company
• An excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and a supportive team player
