We are looking for a qualified and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our established, award winning and growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Property Sales Consultants within the business and deal with referrals in a timely manner.
- Deal directly with bank representatives.
- Pipeline Management and reporting.
- Achieve monthly targets.
- New business generation.
- Maintain Client relationships and portfolios.
- Keep clients up to date with the status of their mortgage application.
Qualifications:
- CeMAP qualified is preferred.
- Previous experience within a Mortgage Consultancy role.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Articulate, numerate and confident.
- Smart business dress is required at all times.
