Role Overview: As a Lettings & Sales Agent, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of residential property transactions—from sourcing and marketing listings to conducting viewings and closing deals. You’ll work closely with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers, acting as a trusted advisor and providing expert guidance throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a portfolio of residential properties for rent and sale
  • Conduct property valuations and secure new listings
  • Manage the full sales and lettings process from start to finish
