About the Role
We are seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join our Off-Plan Sales Team, specialising exclusively in Dubai’s new development and investment-led property market. This role is focused on working with developers, investors, and international buyers, offering an exciting opportunity to build a high-earning career within the off-plan sector.
Responsibilities
- Managing and promoting a portfolio of off-plan and new development projects
- Building strong relationships with property developers and key stakeholders
- Advising investors and buyers on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market opportunities
- Keeping fully up to date with Dubai’s off-plan regulations, launch processes, and developer offerings
- Conducting client meetings, project presentations, and developer site visits
- Managing enquiries from initial contact through to reservation and contract signing
- Negotiating deals and securing unit reservations on behalf of clients
- Providing regular after-sales follow-ups to ensure long-term client relationships
- Tracking market trends, new launches, and investment hotspots within Dubai
- Generating new business through the company database, referrals, and networking
You will also liaise with developers, conveyancing teams, mortgage advisors, and internal sales progression teams to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential
- Strong interest in property investment and off-plan developments
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Confident, professional, and presentable
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Positive, resilient, and target-driven mindset
- Fluency in an additional language is an advantage
- Smart business attire required at all times
- High personal standards with a professional and ethical approach
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to contributing to company growth
- Strong work ethic, team-focused attitude, and ambition to succeed
- UK or UAE driving licence and own vehicle (vehicle hire or company car can be arranged at your expense)
