As a Lettings & Sales Agent, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of residential property transactions—from sourcing and marketing listings to conducting viewings and closing deals.
- Build and manage a portfolio of residential properties for rent and sale
- Conduct property valuations and secure new listings
- Manage the full sales and lettings process from start to finish
- Stay up-to-date with local market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Provide exceptional after-sales/lettings service and follow-up
