As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for the rental of residential property across Dubai. You will work closely with clients and other real estate agencies throughout each transaction. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where no two days are the same, ideal for individuals who are motivated, driven and looking to build a long-term career.
Key responsibilities:- Collect property information and arrange marketing material
- Stay up to date with rules and regulations within the Dubai property market
- Attend property valuations and viewings
- Negotiate between landlords and tenants
- Manage lettings through to completion with support teams
- Follow up with clients after each viewing
- Keep up to date with market trends
- Generate new business through the company database and networking
- Experience in sales is advantageous but not essential
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Presentable, professional and honest approach
- Strong networking ability
- Positive attitude and willingness to work hard
- Fluency in a second language is a bonus
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Punctual and committed to high standards
- Full UK or UAE driving licence
- Ability to relocate to Dubai
