Role Description:
Property Sales/Lettings Consultants handle the purchase, sale, and letting of residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect information about properties and coordinate marketing materials.
- Stay updated on rules and regulations in Dubai\’s residential property market.
- Conduct property valuations and attend viewings.
- Negotiate with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing to offer stage.
- Monitor ongoing sales and lets with support from our Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams.
- Follow up with clients through regular care calls after viewings.
- Keep abreast of local market trends.
- Generate new business via the company\’s database and networking.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in sales is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Presentable, professional, and honest.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Fluency in a second language is a plus.
- Smart business attire at all times.
- Professional conduct aligned with high company standards.
