To drive revenue growth by embedding AllSfar products within the UK’s leading design & build firms through deep, strategic relationships with interior designers. This role owns a portfolio of high-value (“Super Platinum”) accounts and is responsible for influencing specification at design stage, ensuring AllSfar products are consistently designed into projects and converted into orders.
The role combines business development and account management, with full accountability for revenue performance, while working cross-functionally with estimating, marketing, and the wider sales team to maximise conversion and scalability.
- Strategic account ownership of top-tier London design & build firms
- Relationship development with designers at all levels (junior to design director)
- Driving product specification at design stage
- Revenue generation from assigned accounts (quotes → orders)
- Ongoing account penetration across multiple business units within each firm
- CRM discipline and pipeline management (Pipedrive)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers across assigned accounts, ensuring AllSfar is a go-to specified supplier
- Identify, map, and penetrate multiple teams/business units within each account (treating each as a distinct opportunity)
- Secure and attend regular face-to-face meetings, showroom visits, and project discussions
- Generate and track project opportunities from early design stage through to order
- Actively manage pipeline in CRM with accurate values, stages, and close dates
- Drive projects through from specification to order, maintaining influence with contractors and stakeholders where required
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to support campaigns, events, and account engagement strategies
- Maintain high activity levels (meetings, calls, follow-ups) to ensure consistent pipeline growth, focusing on high pay-off activities only
Proven experience (5–10+ years) within the commercial interiors / workplace / design & build sector is essential. Existing relationships with London-based design & build firms and interior designers is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of how design & build firms operate, including project lifecycle and decision-making structures. Strong commercial awareness with clear accountability for revenue delivery. Skilled in managing complex, high-value accounts with multiple concurrent opportunities. High level of emotional intelligence and communication skills. Disciplined in CRM and pipeline management. This role represents a genuine opportunity to take ownership of high-value, under-penetrated accounts and drive rapid growth.
