We are offering weekend hours with weekly pay for an experienced Support Worker to join a beautiful supported-living service located in the peaceful rural setting of Yoxall, Staffordshire.
This welcoming home supports up to 11 residents and specialises in care for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments.
If you have experience working in a formal support setting and are passionate about helping others, this could be the perfect role for you. You will be responsible for following personalised care plans, supporting residents in living as independently as possible, and assisting with aspects of personal care when needed. Each day will bring variety, with responsibilities that may also include updating care records, reporting incidents to senior staff, and helping with general housekeeping.

To be suitable for this position you must have:
- An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
- Up to date mandatory training
- A Referenceable work history
- At least 3 months experience within a similar setting
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
