Youth Work Development Manager to lead and develop youth services across multiple London locations. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people aged

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop youth services across multiple sites.
  • Design and implement engaging programmes that support disadvantaged and vulnerable young people.
  • Ensure services are safe, inclusive, outcome-focused, and delivered to a high standard.
  • Manage, coach, and support a team of youth workers and volunteers.
  • Oversee budgets, resources, and service performance.
  • Build strong partnerships with local authorities, schools, community organisations, and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on programme outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and the ongoing growth of youth services.

About You

We're looking for a motivated leader who has

Level 3 qualification (or above) in Youth Work or a related field.

  • Experience managing youth services and leading successful teams.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Experience designing and delivering programmes for young people aged 11-25.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and youth work best practice.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A genuine passion for helping young people reach their full potential.
