We have an exciting opportunity for a Youth Support Worker to work in street-based youth work sessions across South Devon and at our youth centre in Newton Abbot. The work will be part-time, permanent, 7 hours per week, and will include working 2 evenings per week, this is likely to include Friday evenings and occasional weekends. Come and join a team of youth workers delivering high quality youth work. Learn new skills - training and support will be provided. Recruiting for attitude and seeking candidates with a passion to work with young people and help them to unlock their potential. The role is fun, challenging and rewarding.
What is the role:
- Supporting youth work in a variety of settings
- Being collaborative and a team player
- Supporting the design and delivery of the youth work curriculum and programmes
- Planning, evaluating and evidencing of youth work

- Annual leave: 6 weeks for the first 5 years then increased to 7 weeks (pro-rata'd for part-time roles)
