Millwall Community Trust, in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and Jobcentre Plus (JCP), delivers a Youth Employability Hub for 16–24-year-olds. We seek motivated Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) Mentors to provide high-quality one-to-one mentoring, employability support and careers guidance.

You will build positive relationships with young people, helping them develop confidence, overcome barriers and progress toward sustained positive destinations.
