Do you have a passion for working with young people and a genuine desire to make a difference in their lives? Can you be a positive role model that has a knack for creating engaging and exciting activities? If so, we want you to join team NPT as a Youth Club Worker in a Youth Club.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work with young people and colleagues to deliver a range of activities at the youth club. You will need to be highly motivated, organised and have the skill to develop activities in a fun and safe environment that involves young people at all levels.

  • Deliver projects and activities in line with Citizenship, Art, Sport, Health and Welsh, which includes DoE and youth forums.
  • Support young people to become involved in the design, delivery and evaluation of services and activities at the youth club.
  • Complete all relevant youth club paperwork in accordance with the local authorities procedures and policies.
  • Attend three pre term meetings per year.
