Duties of the Sales Administrator:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including file auditing, order preparation, invoicing, and vehicle registration
- Managing and overseeing the delivery process for sales vehicles
- Conducting document checks and ensuring compliance with company standards
- Assisting with vehicle ordering and invoicing tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and logs to facilitate smooth workflow
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements of the Sales Administrator:
- Previous experience in a motor trade administrative role, ideally as a Sales Administrator or Service Administrator
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- A flexible, proactive attitude towards multitasking
- A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
