Discovery is hiring a Community Connector in Street, Somerset to support people in their communities, helping them develop life skills, confidence and independence.
You’ll work with a supportive team, enabling access to meaningful activities and building trusting relationships while staying flexible to need across Somerset. Training includes a full induction and Care Certificate within three months. A driving licence is desirable; DBS is provided by Discovery.
