At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Wrexham. You will be based at their Wrexham site, contributing to the efficient operation of the Winders Plant and ensuring high standards of production.
Shift Patterns
- Day and night shifts available Monday to Sunday: 07:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00
- Specific shift: 07:00-15:00 on Thursdays for winders operations
Pay Rates
- 12.71 GBP hourly
Must‑have Requirements
- Ability to travel to Wrexham Industrial Estate
- Availability to work a 4-on-4-off rotating day‑night shift pattern
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience working in a food manufacturing environment
Role Responsibilities
- Operate across four different stations within the Winders Plant
- Perform picking and packing duties while ensuring all stations are manned at all times
- Maintain individual performance to meet required output levels
- Promote safe working practices and comply with all company health and safety regulations
- Wear the correct personal protective equipment at all times
