You will work with the class teacher to support across key stages, assist with pupil work and behaviour, and model positive conduct. Training and safeguarding checks are emphasised, with a focus on helping learners build confidence.
The role offers 8:30am to 3:30pm hours, a supportive environment, and access to ongoing professional development within a trauma-informed setting.
