Summary
We are looking for a credible and influential Head of Health, Safety and Compliance to join our multi-site University and who drive cultural and behavioural change. The individual should have significant leadership experience gained within a complex environment with demonstrable strong knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental legislation. This is a highly visible position, requiring an individual who can build credibility at every level from engaging frontline teams to influencing senior stakeholders and presenting and reporting at committees and at Board level. The individual should be experienced in championing a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement mindset across multiple sites ensuring compliance with all health and safety and environmental legislation, permits and regulatory requirements.
