We are looking for caring, patient and resilient Support Workers and Senior Support Workers to join our specialist supported living services in Worthing and Lancing, supporting adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs. This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will be supporting individuals to develop new skills, overcome challenges, access their community and achieve personal goals that are important to them.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide person-centred support that helps individuals live as independently as possible.
  • Building trusting relationships and providing consistent support.
  • Supporting individuals with daily routines and developing life skills.
  • Encouraging independence, confidence and personal choice.
  • Supporting access to activities and the local community.
  • Promoting emotional wellbeing and positive outcomes.
  • Working alongside colleagues, families and professionals to provide high-quality support.

For Senior Support Workers, you will also:

  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues.
  • Take a lead role during shifts.
  • Support the delivery of care plans and risk assessments.
  • Help maintain excellent standards of care and practice.
  • Act as a positive role model within the team.
