Lecturer in Physics to join our successful Science department.
We are seeking an inspiring educator who is passionate about Physics and committed to delivering outstanding teaching that enables students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons across a range of programmes and qualification levels.
- Develop practical laboratory activities that promote scientific enquiry and critical thinking.
- Assess student work, provide timely and constructive feedback, and monitor learner progress.
- Support students through academic tutoring and pastoral guidance where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessment, and achievement.
- Contribute to curriculum planning, quality improvement, and departmental initiatives.
- Participate in open days, enrolment events, and other college activities.
- Ensure safe working practices are followed in laboratories and practical teaching environments.
- A degree in Physics or a closely related discipline.
- A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one, where applicable).
- Experience teaching Physics in further education, higher education, or a relevant educational setting.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to inclusive teaching and supporting learners from diverse backgrounds.

- A postgraduate qualification in Physics or a related subject.
