About the Role
Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Loader to join a busy waste management team based in Worthing.
This is a physically active role involving the delivery and collection of replacement wheeled bins, recycling boxes, caddies, and sacks across the local area.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the delivery and collection of wheeled bins, recycling boxes, caddies, and sacks.
- Safely load and unload bins and containers from the vehicle.
- Carry out manual handling duties, including lifting, carrying, and walking throughout the day.
- Ensure bins and containers are handled carefully and delivered to the correct locations.
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
- Work closely with the driver to complete daily delivery routes efficiently.
