Whatyou’ll do
- Prepare and serve food to high standards, ensuring all dietary requirements are met for staff and visitors.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and cleanliness standards, including washing up, equipment cleaning, and safe food handling.
- Operate industrial catering equipment safely and efficiently in line with company procedures.
- Manage food storage and stock control, including stock rotation, temperature monitoring, decanting, and labelling.
- Support the wider catering and retail team by undertaking additional duties, completing mandatory training, and assisting with business needs as required.
