Listers Group in Worcester is recruiting trainee Service Advisors to join our dealerships. A local Recruitment Day will be held on Thursday 1st October 2026, with a full induction and training programme. Salaries vary between £28,000 - £32,000 plus monthly bonus, OTE up to £36,000.
Hours are typically 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota. You will be the first point of contact for service customers, aiming to deliver outstanding satisfaction while meeting targets.
