The predicted salary is between 18900 - 23100 Β£ per year.

The purpose of the role is to:

  • Maintain and monitor the practice appointments and recalls systems.
  • Process personal and telephone requests for appointments, visits and telephone consultations, ensuring callers are directed to the appropriate healthcare professional.
  • Process and distribute incoming (and outgoing) mail.
  • Take messages and pass on information.
  • File and retrieve paperwork.
  • Proactively call and recall patients by letter, text and telephone.
  • Perform computer data entry/data allocation and collation; process and record information in accordance with centre procedures.
  • Initiate contact with and respond to requests from patients, other team members, and associated healthcare agencies and providers.
  • Clear and re-stock consulting rooms as required.
  • Deal with clinical samples and waste.
  • Provide clerical assistance to practice staff as required, including filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Order, re-order, and monitor stationery and other supplies.
  • Provide refreshments for staff and visitors as required.
