About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support a vibrant and active individual who lives with a Spinal cord injury. Our service user loves to get out and about, whether it's for her teaching job or on a holiday. They live in a warm and bustling family home in Worcester, along with their partner and a number of pets! This is a fulfilling and dynamic role offering the opportunity to learn new skills and build a meaningful care relationship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with mobility and manual handling
- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting with meal preparation and feeding, where necessary
- Prompting or assisting with medication
- Helping with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing
You’ll receive full training and undertake shadow shifts to ensure you feel confident and well prepared.
Key Requirements
- UK Driving licence holder
- Complex Care experience preferred, but not a mandatory need
- Minimum 6 months of professional UK care experience
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Up-to-date CV with full work history
