  • Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 2 pupil with Autism and emotional and behavioural difficulties.
  • You will help him follow routines, stay engaged in class, regulate behaviour, access learning, and feel secure throughout the school day, while keeping the class teacher and SENCO updated on progress.
  • Schools are expected to use a graduated approach to identifying need, putting support in place, and reviewing impact.
