- What You'll Be Working On
- Building and deploying AI agents and workflows using Lang Chain and Crew AI
- Developing and maintaining Fast API services that power chatbots, data processing, and AI‑driven features
- Applying vision AI and models for real‑world classification and processing tasks
- Implementing sentiment analysis and other NLP‑driven solutions
- Designing logic‑based automation alongside AI‑driven pipelines
- Collaborating with teams across the business to identify where AI can drive genuine value
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuously improving deployed systems
- What We’re Looking For
We care more about what you can do than how long you’ve been doing it. You should be able to demonstrate:
- Solid Python skills, this is our primary language across the board
- Hands‑on experience with Lang Chain, Crew AI, or similar agent frameworks
- Fast API or equivalent experience building and maintaining API services Comfort working with AI APIs and third‑party AI services
- The ability to work independently, you won’t need hand‑holding, and you’ll know when to ask for help
- Clear communication with both technical teammates and non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience with vision AI, MLOps, or cloud platforms is a bonus but not essential.
