The predicted salary is between 32968 - 40294 £ per year.
The postholder is an integral part of the Pharmacy Administrative Service and will be required to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Pharmacy Directorate service ensuring the highest level of confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing secretarial support for general Pharmacy and Trust meetings, e.g. Pharmacy Governance meetings, producing agendas, taking accurate minutes, creating reports, correspondence and other documents as required.
- Performing word processing, data entry and data collection tasks as required.
- Working as part of the Pharmacy Administration team, including providing clerical support for administrative duties and cross cover for the Administrative Support team during absences of colleagues within the Directorate office.
- Demonstrating a significant level of initiative and the ability to organise his/her own workload, some of which will be without immediate advice within clear procedural guidelines.
