This exciting new Montessori-based nursery is looking for an experienced early years professional to join as Deputy Nursery Manager. The setting combines Montessori principles with the EYFS framework, creating an environment where children are encouraged to become confident, capable and increasingly independent learners.
The nursery itself has been thoughtfully designed around this approach, with purposeful learning environments that allow children to make choices, explore at their own pace and develop practical skills through meaningful, hands-on experiences.
Working closely with the Nursery Manager, you'll help establish strong standards and routines while supporting the development of a positive, knowledgeable and enthusiastic new team.
