Cambian Wisbech School is seeking a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and Pastoral Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of safeguarding, child protection and pastoral care at our Cambridgeshire campus. The post holder will lead safeguarding culture, oversee attendance, behaviour and wellbeing interventions and work closely with families, external agencies and the Senior Leadership Team to remove barriers to learning.
