Desian Education is partnering with a Winsford primary school to recruit a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time role starting in September.
You will support a Reception pupil with ASC and Selective Mutism, helping them feel safe, included and confident throughout the school day.
You’ll work closely with teachers, the SENCO and external professionals to deliver tailored support, daily feedback to parents, and ongoing development of communication and social skills.
