Pinnacle Group are looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable and experienced Window Cleaner to provide high standards of cleanliness across our sites. You will be joining our facilities management teams based in Hammersmith and covering housing sites across London. Your role will involve traveling to different sites (sheltered accommodation, extra care and general needs council estates) to perform both internal and external window cleaning duties. You will also be performing other cleaning duties such as jet washing, deep cleaning and carpet cleaning. You will need to be reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently. The hours for this role are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Due to the mobile nature of this role a full UK driving license is essential.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning of both internal and external windows using reach and wash equipment.
- Jet washing external areas of the sites.
- Deep cleaning duties such as carpet cleaning, graffiti removal etc.
- Other ad hoc cleaning duties.
