The Role: Support pupils with additional needs through a mixture of 1:1 work and small-group intervention across the school day. You will help students stay engaged in lessons, follow routines, access learning more confidently, and build positive relationships with staff and peers while working closely with teachers and the SENCO to support progress.
The Candidate: You are calm, observant, and able to build trust through consistency and clear communication.
