We are looking for a highly skilled, innovative, dynamic and motivated nurse with clinical and leadership skills in Tissue Viability to join the Team. This post requires an enthusiastic individual to work in a progressive area who will enjoy involvement in change management.

You will be leading and working with the existing tissue viability team to transform the current service provision. The successful candidate should ideally have experience working within a Tissue Viability Service. You will work closely with the TVNs, clinical leads, acute and community teams to further improve reduction in pressure ulcer incidents and improve quality in wound management across WWL.

The ability to travel between both community and acute sites is essential. You will be expected to be involved in tissue viability audit and education and will facilitate the implementation of best practice.

Applicants must have experience working collaboratively across acute and community settings within a tissue viability role or similar, with sound knowledge and clinical skills in all areas of wound management.

  • Have a working knowledge of the current local and national healthcare agenda to influence best practice in line with tissue viability issues and organisational objectives.
