The predicted salary is between 36827 - 45011 Β£ per year.

Your role will be working as a Social Worker for a forward thinking and collaborative Children in Care Service as part of a supportive team.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified and Social Work England registered Social Worker with experience supporting children and families through a strengths-based approach. They will have strong knowledge of relevant legislation, excellent analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the resilience to manage complex situations. Experience of multi-agency partnership working, IT systems such as Liquid Logic, and working to competing deadlines is essential. They will be committed to equality, diversity and inclusion, and able to travel across and beyond the borough, including visiting private homes, to support children and young people in care.
