Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher looking to begin your teaching career in a supportive Year 1 classroom? We are working with a welcoming primary school seeking a motivated and dedicated ECT to join their Key Stage 1 team.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
Assess and monitor pupils' progress, adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs.
Foster positive behaviour and maintain high expectations for learning and achievement.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, parents, and carers to support every child's progress.
Participate fully in school life, including staff meetings, training, and wider school activities.
Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and contribute to the wellbeing of all pupils.
