An exciting new position has arisen within the specialist services network. We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual who has excellent attention to detail, is able to plan and prioritise workload and multitask to meet tight deadlines.
The role will support community child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) across the GMMH footprint in day-to-day delivery of high-quality data collection and processing of clinical information, making sure that information collected is relevant, timely, accurate, appropriate and complete in order to meet the national and local reporting requirements of the service.
You must have an expert knowledge of Excel to support the Business and Performance Team (BPT) and CAMHS service with the development of effective and efficient processes for recording clinical information.
The post holder will support the CAMHS services and the BPT with the development of effective and efficient processes for recording clinical information, which will include:
- Identifying any data quality issues
- Identifying ways to resolve these issues
- Creating and formatting reports
- Updating dashboards
- Developing presentations and training materials
You will assist with data entry of clinical information and key outcome measures for children and young people into the electronic patient record, ensuring this is accurate and timely. You will support the monthly and quarterly submissions of performance metrics for the teams, ensuring that timescales and deadlines are adhered to.
You will work with services to support and train new system users and deliver workshops or one-to-ones when specific training needs are identified for the team, and provide administrative support to the BPT and CAMHS services as required.
Flexible working will be considered as will remote working arrangements. There will be a requirement for onsite working across bases.
