You will lead organisational development, workforce and cultural change projects across the Council, working with HR&OD partners, managers and unions to deliver results that benefit staff and communities.
Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) with strong project management, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
