Your role:

As the Creative Health Lead, you will provide strategic leadership to embed creative health across Wigan Borough, helping to improve health outcomes and reduce inequalities. Working with NHS partners, cultural organisations, voluntary sector groups and local communities, you will develop partnerships, influence policy and deliver innovative programmes that connect creativity with health and wellbeing. This is a highly collaborative role with significant responsibility for leading projects, networks and partnerships across the health and cultural sectors.

About you:

The ideal candidate is a passionate and innovative professional with experience of improving health outcomes through partnership working and programme delivery. You will have strong knowledge of health inequalities, public health and creative health, alongside excellent communication, influencing and project management skills. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, you can engage a wide range of stakeholders, analyse evidence, manage budgets and secure funding. You are committed to inclusion, community engagement and making a positive difference to people's lives.
