Cygnet Paddocks is seeking an experienced Consultant Neuropsychiatrist & Medical Director to lead and oversee a 28-bed neuropsychiatric rehabilitation service for men with ABI/neurological conditions.
The role combines direct clinical leadership with strategic medical governance across wards and services.
The postholder will be the Responsible Clinician and Medical Director, with a split 0.2 WTE Medical Director and 0.8 WTE Consultant Psychiatrist, or a pure Consultant neuropsychiatrist option.
