Counterbalance Forklift & Yard Operative - Temporary Role
Location: Whitburn, West Lothian
Working pattern: Monday to Friday
Start time: From 007:30am until 17:00pm
Pay rate: £14.00 per hour - Weekly Pay
Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift & Yard Operative on behalf of our client.
This is a temporary position with immediate starts available.
The Role: You will be working within a busy builders merchant environment.
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles with timber and other products
- Moving stock within the warehouse and yard areas
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
- Supporting general warehouse duties as required
- Occasionally helping customers at trade counter
Requirements:
- Valid external Counterbalance Forklift licence (in-house tickets are not accepted)
- Previous warehouse and FLT experience
- Ability to work in a physically demanding roleDue to the client's location, own transport is essential
