Do you live in the Weymouth area? Are you looking for flexible healthcare work that fits around your lifestyle? We are looking for experienced Health Care Support Workers (HCAs) to join our friendly team supporting patients on our Older People's Rehabilitation Ward.

As a Bank HCA, you will work flexibly to help cover short-term staffing requirements across our services. Shifts are available both in advance and at short notice, giving you the freedom to plan ahead or pick up additional work on the day through our easy-to-use smartphone app. Following a successful induction, you will have the opportunity to work across our other community hospitals, gaining a variety of experience while maintaining flexibility.

About the Role: Bank Health Care Support Workers provide flexible support to cover short‑term staffing needs across our services. Shifts can be booked in advance or on the day using the LOOP app, giving you full control over when you work.

Bank workers are paid hourly: £13.17 - £14.05 (Depending on NHS experience)
