We are currently looking for reliable and customer-focused Drivers Mates to join a busy home delivery team based in the Weybridge area.
This is a physically active role supporting drivers with the delivery of furniture, appliances, and household goods directly to customers' homes while providing excellent customer service at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the driver with daily delivery routes
- Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
- Delivering large items into customers' homes with care
- Supporting installations and room-of-choice deliveries where required
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed
Requirements
- Good level of physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Previous delivery or warehouse experience preferred but not essential
- Flexibility to work shifts, including Saturdays when required
