We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Business Analyst and Management Consultant to:
- Analyse current IT business processes and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion.
- Lead and counsel on software‑delivery projects, working closely with senior managers and client stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and change‑management activities across an evolving suite of services and applications.

- Perform comprehensive analysis of sales revenue, profit margins, and cost structures.
- Conduct Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) assessments tied to project budgets and billing cycles.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior management and clients.
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of software initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Provide expert consultancy on solution design, technology selection, and process improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, senior leaders, and client representatives.
- Prepare and present clear, data‑driven status reports, risk assessments, and corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including issue logs, change requests, and deliverable records.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
