Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) - Senior Manager, ESLT
We are seeking an experienced and skilful SENCo to develop and lead our SEND strategy and provision as a Senior Manager within the school’s Extended Leadership Team.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- An understanding of and commitment to an inclusive school ethos, working restoratively and ensuring the well‑being of each child.
- A successful track record of managing effective resource provision.
- A strong knowledge of current SEND practice, able to inspire and lead a forward‑thinking and successful SEND team to identify and meet the needs of vulnerable learners.
- A commitment to providing a highly effective universal SEND offer and a willingness to embrace change, challenge and opportunity.
