Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Nursery Assistants to support nurseries across Weston-super-Mare and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
As a Nursery Assistant, you will support the nursery team with the day-to-day care, learning and development of children.
- Supporting children with daily routines, activities and play
- Creating a safe, positive and nurturing environment
- Building strong and positive relationships with children, staff and parents
- Supporting learning and development through age-appropriate activities
- Assisting nursery staff with the smooth running of the setting
- Helping to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment
- Adapting to different nursery settings and working environments
- Following safeguarding procedures and nursery policies
- Working flexibly and demonstrating a positive, reliable and professional approach
- Required Skills & Experience
No previous experience is required for this Nursery Assistant role.
