North Somerset Council is seeking dedicated and experienced Social Workers to join the Children in Care Team in Weston-super-Mare.
You will be the allocated social worker for children with long-term care plans, undertaking assessments, care planning and therapeutic interventions in collaboration with other professionals.
You will be supported by a senior management team and enjoy a manageable caseload with regular reflective supervision within the Hybrid - 3 days remote work pattern.
