We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading multi-franchise approved commercial vehicle dealer group, for the position of Part-Time Trainee People Advisor based in Westbury, Wiltshire.

Duties
- Support the People Team with employee relations and HR administration
- Assist in preparing employee relations documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files and HR systems
- Support administration and coordination of employee relation cases
- Attend meetings to take notes and support HR colleagues
- Respond to routine HR and people-related queries from managers and team members
- Support onboarding and employee lifecycle administration
- Help review and update HR policies, procedures, and templates in line with GDPR compliance
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives
- Assist in preparing management information reports
- Build positive working relationships across the business
- Support delivery of company culture activities
- Participate in relevant training to enhance HR knowledge and skills
- Act as an ambassador for the People Team and our client
Requirements for the Trainee HR Advisor position
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong administrative ability and attention to detail
- Computer-literate with confidence using various software and technologies
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in different situations
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in HR, office administration, or the automotive industry is beneficial but not essential
- A UK driving licence would be advantageous but is not mandatory
