Make a Difference While the World Sleeps! We're looking for a compassionate and reliable Female Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in West Malling, supporting seven adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours of concern.

Working waking nights is about much more than being present. You'll play a vital role in providing reassurance, promoting wellbeing and ensuring the people we support remain safe, comfortable and supported throughout the night. Every shift helps give the people we support – and their families – peace of mind.
